Alpine cheese is made from the best natural alpine milk and carefully handcrafted - a unique pleasure with culture and tradition. Around 30 St.Gallen, Appenzell and Liechtenstein alpine cheese producers will face the critical palates of visitors at the Alpine Cheese Awards.

10.00 a.m. - Start of the alpine cheese award ceremony and market life with regional products
2.00 p.m. - Concert with Sarganserland musicians
3.00 p.m. - End of the alpine cheese award ceremony
4.00 p.m. - Ranking announcement and prize draw, framed by the Schällnerclub Flumserberg

The alpine cheese award ceremony on Flumserberg takes place in all weather conditions in the alpine stable at the Molseralp restaurant, on fir ground. In addition to the alpine cheese awards, there are numerous hikes with a magnificent mountain panorama as well as the FLOOMZER toboggan run.
