Gourmet Gathering No. 3 – Exklusives Sonntagslunch mit Château Palmer

After the first two successful editions, Sven Wassmer Memories will exceptionally open its doors on a Sunday on February 22, 2026 – exclusively for Gourmet Gathering No. 3. The focus is on one of Bordeaux's most fascinating wineries: Château Palmer, the legendary Third Growth from Margaux.

The lunch will be hosted by Amanda Wassmer-Bulgin, Sebastian Stichter and the entire team of Sven Wassmer Memories. Guests will be welcomed with a glass of champagne before a six-course culinary journey accompanied by seven exceptional wines from Château Palmer.

Château Palmer has been considered a pioneer of innovation in Bordeaux for decades and impressively demonstrates how the highest quality and sustainable viticultural practices combine to create a harmonious vision. The consistent questioning, the will to constantly improve and the responsible attitude towards the land and region make the winery a pioneering role model in modern viticulture. A special highlight is the participation of Thomas Duroux, CEO of Château Palmer. He will give personal insights into the philosophy, craftsmanship and vision of the future of the winery, thus making the connection between cuisine and wine even more tangible.

Gourmet Gathering No. 3 promises a lunch full of curiosity, craftsmanship and encounters – a culinary symbiosis between the cuisine of Sven Wassmer Memories and the iconic wines of Château Palmer, presented in an intimate and exceptional setting. The seats are arranged in tavolata style: common tables where conversations arise, encounters grow and the joy of wine is the focus.

The lunch includes:
- A 6-course menu, created by Sven Wassmer and the team of Sven Wassmer Memories.
- A carefully curated wine pairing from Château Palmer – 7 wines plus a glass of champagne.
