At the information and networking event at the Innovation Centre for Mountain Agriculture (IZB), three exciting input presentations can be heard. The ZHAW shows how vegetables can be preserved and refined in a pleasurable way through fermentation and smoking. Agroscope will present initial experiences with lupins in mountain farming and their combination with dairy products – with tasting, of course. In addition, Rebecca Clopath shares her view of how agriculture and culinary delights interact in an enjoyable way. The subsequent drink is a good opportunity for exchange and networking.
