There actually is no stress on the outside. It is our experiences and our thoughts that make us react in a similar way again and again in stressful situations. Either we allow ourselves to be controlled by our thoughts, emotions and beliefs, or we learn how to respond to stressful situations in a free and self-determined way.
Pausing and reflecting, i.e. meditation, will be practiced together. You will learn to allow emotions, thoughts and body sensations and to be with them without falling into a reaction cycle. In this way, being mindful often leads us to a healthier and more optimistic lifestyle. We become more focused and resilient and feel free inside.
