Born in Kharkiv, Ukraine, VALERIY SOKOLOV is one of the world's most outstanding violinists. After studying in London, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Vienna, he performed with major orchestras all over the world and played chamber music with various renowned soloists. Since winning the international George Enescu Competition in Bucharest in 2005, he has performed in Europe, the USA and Canada and in the Far East.
