Tschlfik, accompanying event to the sound installations on the Dörferweg Schanfigg.

The sound installation "Fernsein" in Usser Praden commemorates the numerous emigrated Praders. The soundscape could be extended in many ways beyond the sound of the sea: the rumble of carts on bumpy roads, drum rolls and marching steps of mercenaries, the mooing of cows on the prairie, clattering in the bakeries of the confectioners or in the mechanical workshop of the "Black Smith".

On July 4, 2025, Ruth Strassmann tells the stories of these people, their farewell to Praden, their success or failure in a foreign country.
