SUSTAINABLE SELF-MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP WITH THE INNER DEVELOPMENT GOALS

The Inner Development Goals (IDG) framework was developed as a complement to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and offers a new narrative, a holistic map, and corresponding tools for sustainable leadership development. The course is based on the instructor’s experiences with various IDG-based leadership development programs and a corresponding teaching assignment at the University of Basel.
