Nature gives us an abundance of edible wild plants. Join us on a leisurely hike where we collect seasonal wild herbs that we encounter along the way. At an idyllic barbecue area, we process our finds into magical dishes. Let yourself be inspired and discover new taste experiences from nature.

In this workshop you will learn about the most important identifying features, ingredients and possible applications of the collected wild herbs.
Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of wild plants and enrich your culinary skills!

The herb hike takes place in all weathers, please bring weather-appropriate clothing and shoes.
What to bring: Drink, plates, cutlery and mugs, basket or vessel to collect / knife or scissors.
Insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
