At the Winzerobig in the Grotto Fläscher Bad, the focus is on the wine - personal, authentic and experienced where it is created. Together with Roman Hermann, the participants immerse themselves in the world of the Bündner Herrschaft.

The day begins with a masterclass directly in the vineyard, personally led by Roman Hermann. Between the vines, he gives an insight into his philosophy, the work over the course of the year and the special features of the Fläscher Bad site. It's about soil, climate, craftsmanship – and how all these factors shape the character of his wines. The tasting in the vineyard makes these connections directly tangible.

Afterwards, the evening continues in the Grotto Fläscher Bad, where selected wines accompany the culinary experience and there is room for exchange, questions and enjoyable lingering.
