Langosteria

The langoustines and other seafood are delivered three times a week from Norway, Spain and the Milan fish market. The restaurant's philosophy is to use the freshest, best quality raw products possible. These are prepared à la minute without long cooking times, and only after they have been ordered. There are 20 chefs and over 30 service staff on hand.
