Tastefully and comfortably furnished vacation home in a unique, detached location amidst the impressive nature of the Lower Engadine at an altitude of 1350 m above sea level. 4.5 rooms (approx. 100 m2) with terrace, sitting area, garden and all around free panoramic view of the mountains.

5 min. walk to the post bus stop "Villa Maria, Vulpera", bus goes directly (10 min.) to the ski area
5 min. drive to the golf club Vulpera
5 min. car ride to the open-air swimming pool Vulpera | 10 min. by foot
10 min. by car to the train station / to the valley station of the cable cars Motta-Naluns
12 min. by car to Scuol village center | 30 min. by foot

Important notes
La Chasina is an exceptional property in a unique, secluded location in the midst of nature. This requires a harmonious coexistence with the directly adjacent nature. In early summer and in autumn animals (cows, sheep and llamas) graze for a few weeks on the meadows surrounding the house and its surrounding area. And in the summer the flower meadows are in full bloom and should not be walked on if possible.
Heating: The house is heated with professional electric heaters. In winter it can also be heated with wood (Swedish stove).
The house has its own driveway. This is cleared in winter. During heavy snowfall this can take a few hours.
In case of heavy snowfall, snow must be shoveled occasionally.
