Kulinarische Rundwanderung Disentis

The culinary journey begins at Disentis/Mustér station. Every Monday, farmer Marcus Duff sells farm and alpine products such as spicy cheese or crunchy vegetables at his market stall next to the station building. Strolling through Disentis, you will sometimes come across the Stiva Grischuna - a top address for high-quality enjoyment - or the Goldmann bakery, where it is worth packing a nut cake. The monastery shop also offers a fund of culinary delicacies: from monastery mustard to monastery yoghurt to monastery tea. Afterwards, the route leads via Segnas, past farm shops and the Sialm meat dryer and via Cuoz – where gourmets should have shining eyes in the otg restaurant – back to Disentis.

The culinary hike in Disentis is one of six excursion routes of "da nus - products regiunals". "da nus" stands for the regional cuisine of the upper Surselva. There are other culinary hikes in Tujetsch, Medel/Lucmagn, Sumvitg, Trun and Breil/Brigels.
