Description

Up the village street, past the "Pfarrer Künzle Weg" information board and St. Anthony's Church, the Pfarrer Künzle Weg and the forest nature trail begin at the edge of the village in Rüti, which we follow. They lead to the Tüfels Chuchi and further up the ravine to the grotto, then to the waterfall and over the Tobelbrugg to the Sternstein. We continue along the Pfarrer Künzle path and return to Wangs via Rappagugg, the old mill, Vilters and Kiesfang. We end our circular route in the church of St. Antonius, which is open during the day.

Tüfels Chuchi (power place): The Tüfels Chuchi is a geologically interesting cave in miniature. The rock is overgrown with moss, dripping with water. From an energetic point of view, the Tüfels Chuchi is a good, uplifting place of power.

Pastor Künzle Grotto: The grotto, built under Pastor Johann Künzle in 1912/13, confronts you, contrary to all expectations, with deep energies. The place seems to resonate with the pain to which Father Künzle devoted his attention and which he treated with herbs and often even conquered. The grotto hill, invitingly designed with wooden benches as a place to linger, is not a place that gives you energy.

Waterfall (power place): As at the foot of any waterfall, the Grossbach waterfall in the Wangser Tobel releases powerful energies. Here you can recharge your batteries, the energy is uplifting and invigorating.

Adernstern (power place): As you leave the forest, you will notice the large, grooved stone block in the meadow on your right, the so-called star stone. There are various theories about its former use. Celts and pre-Celts may have used it to determine the times of day and seasons, for ritual purposes, as a GPS, etc.

Wangs church: The parish church of St Antonius, built between 1880 and 1882, is a quiet and friendly place of wonder. Pay attention to the atmosphere. The energies are uplifting and pleasant, they allow us to rest and come to our senses. A visit to the grave of the herbalist priest Künzle is also worthwhile.
