Culinary week in the Graubünden Parks

Sheep and goats have characterized alpine life for centuries.
They care for our rural landscape, promote biodiversity and offer high-quality meat and dairy products.
Yet, their products are not very present on our tables.
During the Culinary Week we will rediscover these forgotten delicacies, offering sheep and goat products
from the Graubünden mountains, rich in character and sustainably obtained.

The Graubünden Parks invite you to discover and enjoy carefully prepared menus based on sheep and goat products.
The meal will be accompanied by short speeches at the table that will reveal the bond
between animal breeding, landscape care and tourism in our Alps.
