La notte Italiana sees itself as a recognition of a cuisine that has been officially listed as an intangible UNESCO World Heritage Site since December. Not because of perfection, but because of their unifying effect across generations.

The evening begins at 6:00 p.m. with a glass of Prosecco. Arriving, coming to rest and taking a seat characterize the prelude. The introduction is restrained and without staging.

From 7:00 p.m. the joint meal will take place. The dishes are based on Italian cuisine, generously arranged and intended to be shared. It is served when it suits the course of the evening. Conversations develop, the table fills up, and the evening gains density – in a form that is typical of Italian food culture.
