Nature as a Buffet – Outdoor Cooking

We walk together and on the way to a beautiful place, we collect plants with which we complement our food. However, the focus is on preparing a 3-course menu together on the fire. We enjoy the day and learn new cooking methods, e.g. cooking in embers or building an oven in which we can bake a quiche or a pizza. All ingredients used are organic or from our own garden wherever possible.
