Anjan Boner | Winery Anjan Boner
The 1st vintage 2007 of the Anjan Boner winery consisted of an annual production of 1,200 bottles of Pinot Noir Auslese. In 2011, 1,200 bottles of Pinot Noir Auslese, 600 bottles of Pinot Noir barrique and 480 bottles of Pinot Noir Federweiss were produced. In the years that followed, the product range was gradually expanded and the production volume increased. In the 2013 production year, the range has already been expanded with the two wine varieties Freisamer and Riesling Silvaner (grape variety Müller Thurgau). In 2014, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir Classic were added and the total production volume increased to over 5,000 bottles. In the production year 2016 we expanded the range to include the Freisamer "Selvana", which we had to rename in 2017 to Freisamer "Vogelherd" for legal reasons. The Chardonnay 2018 was launched in September 2019 and expanded the range to include the 9th wine variety and this vintage increased the wine production volume to over 19,000 bottles. Thus, our offer presents wines from very different orientations. As of the 2018 vintage, the Anjan Boner winery is only one of the youngest and no longer one of the smallest wineries in the Graubünden region.

The Anjan Boner winery bears witness to a young and creative entrepreneurship both externally and internally and stands for an innovative idea, namely to launch the production of a wine with a very personal touch in the existing wine market. Anjan Boner's personality radiates a passion for wine and shows that there is a lot of love and touching emotions in these wines. This makes his wines stand out from other wine productions in a pleasant way.

Sites
Most of the vineyards (2.5 ha) are on the left side of Malans. One of the most important vineyards is the Rüfiser. In the Rüfiser, the oldest vines grow in Malans, from which we produce our Pinot Noir Auslese. The vineyard was planted by my grandfather in 1955 and has been in our family for several generations.
A good half a hectare of our vineyards are located on the right side of the village in the direction of Completerhalde, between the two Rüfen on Prättigauerstrasse. The name of this vineyard is "Frassa" and a large part of the grapes from our Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir "Umami" and Auslese grow there.
