Description

In addition to the themed trail with interactive stations for testing, puzzles and playing, a cozy rest area invites you to linger and the caves give insight into a fascinating, often hidden, world.

In the footsteps of ore farmers and protected bats, old times come alive and nature experiences of a special kind are conveyed. In the intact and secluded landscape, nature is to be experienced in a playful way.

The "Minas da Gulatsch" project was initiated by the Rueun Viva association in cooperation with the municipality of Ilanz/Glion and Surselva Tourismus AG. In cooperation with WWF Graubünden, the Field Mouse Protection Officer of the Canton of Graubünden and the Friends of Mining Graubünden.

There are also guided tours for groups, school classes and guests who want to learn about mining and the socio-cultural background of the region.  Are you interested? Log in at ilanz@susrelva.info.
