With the 7132 Therme, Peter Zumthor has created an architectural masterpiece made of Vals quartzite.

Description

The baths, created by the architect Peter Zumthor from local quartzite, are located where Graubünden's unique thermal mineral source comes out of the ground. The architecture is of timeless quality and

simple elegance. It reflects the original bathing experience: the contact with the stone and the water of different temperatures. The baths open the senses to scents and sounds for the ritual of bathing.
