Somatic Monday

Classes are held in English.

In this somatic yoga session that blends vigorous and gentle movements, the focus is on the harmony of breath and the mindful flow of life energy—prana. The asanas are individually aligned and seamlessly connected, while your awareness of personal breathing patterns directs your flow.

The class structure allows for free individual expression while being guided within a experienced container as practice.

The intended mix of activation & resourcing as well as resting in movement allowing awareness to rise for the Body Mind Connection.
This class is encouraging you to sense and feel into your inner landscape through diverse somatic practices melting with classical Yoga Asana.

So that you can settle in and we can start on time, please plan to arrive 10 minutes before the start. Meeting point is Ustria Laax.
